Man Allegedly Rapes Young Boys In Bauchi, Infects Them With HIV(Photos)

Barely twenty four hours after reporting about the rape of an 11-year old boy by a gay neighbour in Lagos, another baffling report has surfaced which left me livid and broken.

In the wee hours of today, I stumbld on a despicable rape report from Dr Reuben Kamah of Specialist Hospital, Bauchi. According to Dr Kamah, a man had been apprehended after allegedly molesting three young brothers aged 8, 7 and 5 years sexually in Bauchi.

Dr Kamah alleged that he would drag them into his apartment before having carnal knowledge of them. He equally threatened them with death like other rapists if they try to say a word about it to anybody. This has been going on for three years.

Now, the devastating part of this is that the minors have been diagnosed with HIV and Hepatitis B. The man went on to pass the viruses to these little innocent boys. This is the very height of wickedness.

The suspect was trying to hightail it after being exposed but was caught by hunters around the area.

If this reports were true, then, we've lost it all. How can someone comfortably abuse three minor simultaneously? How will these three young brothers cope when they grow up to realise they were being abused and infected with HIV by their neighbour? How?

What about the trauma they would face, the guilt and dejection? My heart is bleeding. This is wickedness. These boys didn't deserve this. I pray the beast rots in jail.

Dear parents, please, be vigilant. Rapists and abusers are lurking around. They might be that your trusted friend, neighbour, even a member of your religious organisation. Please, be vigilant, let's secure the future of our young, pliable children.
